Active Lancashire
Repositioning for a sport-led partnership
Active Lancashire is the driving force behind sport and physical activity in the county. Originally known as Lancashire Sports Partnership, they rebranded in 2018 to reflect a bigger mission—using physical activity to create positive change.
In 2023, they teamed up with us to refresh their visual identity and toolkit. The aim? To better showcase their mission with clear visuals and a brand structure that highlights their work beyond just sport.


DELIVERY
Active Lancashire plays a key role in promoting wellbeing and creating opportunities across employment, rehabilitation, schools, community groups and workplaces. After gathering feedback from stakeholders, they recognised the need for a full rebrand to better reflect their wider goals.
We led a series of workshops to bring everyone on board with the new look, ensuring it worked across all sub-brands. We also developed a clear rollout plan to keep partners engaged as the brand evolved.
The refreshed identity is all about movement and fluidity, reinforcing Active Lancashire’s focus on physical activity, health, and resilience. It’s designed to feel energetic, adaptable, and forward-thinking—capturing their broad impact while reflecting movement in both physical and social ways.
